Kawadr Intelligent Services LLC receives the name, work email, organisation, interest and message you submit so our team can respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

How it reaches us

The website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Resend for email delivery and Microsoft 365 for the receiving mailbox. These providers may process website and enquiry information outside Oman. This public enquiry form is separate from Kaneen’s Oman-hosted AI processing and business memory.

What the website keeps

Enquiry text is sent by email, not saved in the website database. Abuse prevention uses a protected identifier derived from the connection address and short-lived request counters. Hosting and email providers also operate their own service logs.
