What does the Oman-hosted promise cover?
It covers Kaneen’s hosted AI processing and business memory. The model runs in Oman, without overseas inference calls.
Connected services such as Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and Slack handle their own messages and data under their provider and tenant arrangements. During onboarding, we map those data flows with your IT team and approve what can pass through each connection.
What can our team review?
Kaneen’s recorded work includes actions, approval points and exceptions within its configured workflows. We agree the events, access permissions and retention requirements for the deployment so the right people can review the record.
